My background spans sales and operations, e-commerce, digital platforms, logistics, learning design and general business systems. Early in my career, feedback from an industrial psychologist still resonates today: “If you want to get the most out of her, give her a problem to solve, let her work on it, and give it back. Then do it again.”

That insight has proven true over time. My greatest strength lies in stepping into complex or unclear projects and working alongside teams to help them move forward with clarity and momentum. Having worked across a wide range of industries and roles, I’ve also built a trusted network of skilled people I can draw on when additional expertise is needed.

My working style is structured and solutions-focused, with a strong emphasis on clarity, follow-through and thoughtful communication. Known as both a connector and a creator, I bring people, ideas and systems together in ways that make work easier — not heavier.
